Low FMGE passing percentage:

Such universities will not have the optimum education standard because of which the students will have bad result.

New Universities:

Many universities in Kazakhstan are comparatively new and lack the experience it requires. Foreign Language Study:

This is not a disadvantage as such, but the students will have to learn a foreign language to interact with the local people and patients during their stay and clinical years respectively. Some students may find it extra work to learn a new language.
